Start here.
If you're frustrated, and wanting to see change, come at it from the present moment, not from anger at why things aren't the way they ‘should be’.
If you need to, use that frustration as confirmation and motivation that you are doing something aligned with your values - but don't get too attached to those negative thoughts. They are interference, they're distracting you from what's happening now.
Stay in the moment, do what you can at this point - you don't have to solve everything at once.
It could be writing a plan.
It could be getting some people together.
Do it from a place a focused calm, not living in your head worrying about the future, or angry at the past.
Just because you think things ‘should be’ different, don't let that get in your way.
It is how it is, right now.
